11 to 5 timings that is good

Cons

no work life balance u will be outsourced to external companies. u will be in soup if ur client not satisfied u r just a resource to a project hire and fire dont know what is interview process you need to work on other projects. you will be given with programming task u will complete (you have do it for all projects coming in) but other resource will go for interview and project. you will be in bench.
