      Pros

      Great, knowledgeable, skilled employees and management. Free snacks & drinks. Long standing positive customer relationships makes you want to work harder to make them happy. Scenic location and easy commute from down the hill. Starting to work on new tech.

      Cons

      Future is uncertain. Benefits could be better. Disconnect between Golden and Little Rock offices.

      Pros

      They had a lot of staff for the workload. I never felt like I was overworked. This allowed us to work on new ideas and helped keep our careers up to date.

      Cons

      They were extremely cautious about upgrading to the next OS versions, they were on very old OSs that were not supported anymore.
