Pros
Looking back now on my time at J2C, it is even more apparent to me that the issues stemmed from the company's management and the culture they perpetuate. Co-workers are mostly good (except for the ones who aspire to be "hustlers" like their grade-A role models) and there is at least a ping pong table? Sometimes the free lunch was nice but I really prefer making my own decisions for food.
Cons
Upper management lacks self-awareness to a degree that will make you question how they got this far in life. After literally witnessing two of the company's four officers sit in a conference room and argue like 4 year olds (in front of 10+ employees) because they wanted things done their own way, I realized that decisions were being made purely in regards to the immediate self-interest of the few who own the company. There are some drinkers of the kool-aid that will rant and rave about the company but for most of them, it's their first job out of college and they don't know any better or they've been there less than 3 months. This review will DEFINITELY be buried under a few 5 star reviews that are concocted by management in attempts to attract talent. They might throw a 4 star review in to make it seem more authentic. BOTTOM LINE: This company and the image it tries to project is misleading. You can work your behind off here but it won't get you anywhere unless you're telling managers how awesome they are and building them up while doing it. It is NOT profitable or sustainable and needs extreme changes in both upper and mid management to get off the failure express. Getting away from this company literally saved my career. Also, if you're a female - definitely do not work here. You will get zero respect unless you're willing to scare people into submission.
