Pros

Remote/ Hybrid work environment for most roles

Cons

They will terminate you very quickly, even if your performance is good they will find another reason to terminate your employment so they can meet their metrics. They don’t give you a second chance to improve or do better, they will just let you go without warning. Management won’t try to work with you to make things better, they won’t let you make your case before being terminated and they are hypocritical. They themselves will do something and but when you do it, it’s wrong. The terms of what are expected of you aren’t laid out and when you do something you didn’t realize was wrong, they try to say they told you but really didn’t. Roles aren’t clearly defined on what is required of you and you don’t find out other job responsibilities that are needed from you until after you’re employed then duties that aren’t part of the description appear. At the smallest mistake you make, they will mark it down and use it against you when they decide to terminate you, even though you’re human. This company does not care about you and only sees you as a number, they will terminate you the first chance they are able to and won’t give you a chance to improve. Very dissatisfied with this company and it was a huge waste of time and effort being employed with them.

Decent one week training. Training staff is nice

Cons

THERE IS A REASON WHY YOU GET HIRED HERE AFTER TWO EXTREMELY SHORT INTERVIEWS. RSL's are the biggest micromanager. They believe themselves to be more important than your time out building a pipeline. Random scheduled meetings with focus on their time only. Run far away from this company. Around $660 monthly take home to get you on your feet.

The payments industry is a challenging and rewarding industry, and you're right, it takes a ton of work to build up the business, make connections in your network and develop relationships everywhere you go! We believe that you have something special that would stand out from all of the other processors, because at the end of the day, clients are buying from the individual - not the company. The individual is a representation of the company brand. All of our field sales roles are located in different markets. The commission structure is the same across like-roles. Commission residuals are calculated on the businesses signed. There are opportunities for the long sale in building up relationships with referral partners (like banks) and there are short sales in connecting with small business owners. The opportunities are there and you are correct, it takes a consistent approach to build the pipeline.
