If you get a job offer, run in the other direction. I can’t imagine a more horrible place to work. - Anonymous employee Tammac Employee Review

Pros

Nice coworkers and a paycheck (had to use 5 words) otherwise no Pros to this place.

Cons

The new management team is completely clueless. What was once a thriving company has been completely upended by new management. It’s essentially a start up. And a poor one at that. In addition to the other review where it was mentioned about hiring folks for one job and pulling a bait and switch gimmick once they were on board, every week they were brainstorming a new program. They would roll the program out without any true forethought or planning creating a completely horrible experience for employees and customers alike. Somehow the blame always landed on one of the underlings. Usually the ones that warned them of the need to research a bit more before the rollout. Clearly the managers know more than the employees who worked in the industry/company long before they did. I mean why listen to the people with the knowledge when you already know it all? (Sarcasm). Typically when the managers are plotting the professional demise of yet another unsuspecting staff member they will celebrate in advance of the layoffs and inform the remaining staff that they are buying lunch (now referred to as blood pizza) and further explain that they are making cuts to better the company. So far that has not been the case. Instead they laid off so many of the experienced staff members there is no one left to train all of the new hires. In addition those left behind are desperately trying to keep up with the increased workload. Funny how it took 3 people to replace 1 of the displaced employees. Makes perfect sense to me. (More sarcasm). Staff is overworked and under appreciated, disrespected, taunted, sneered at and talked about. The managers are the worst snobs. Most of them make fun of some of the employees in open areas despite a full audience. No one dares to speak up about it (we saw what happened to those who did) so the bad behavior and toxic work environment festers. Most of the staff is applying for jobs to get out. Some have been treated so horribly they left without much notice to the company. Cheers to them but the managers still refuse to see the chaos in this company is all due to their horrible treatment of the staff, poor leadership, threatening behavior, narcissistic BS and general dysfunction. It’s always the fault of those that leave. Yep, they’re the ones!! Most of the staff (if not all) believe that the company cannot succeed with these clowns running the show. If you see an ad for a job here, just keep scrolling. As stated by the other brave soul, the snacks really aren’t that great anyway. They do have badminton racquets on hand for a friendly game but there’s no friends to be had in this place. They may want to rethink having those in the office. Maybe one of these days someone loses their temper and smacks them with it. That’s about the only thing you’d have to look forward to working here.

Pros

Entrepreneurial mindset. You get what you give. If you want to create a career and develop yourself as a leader, this is the place. Something is missing; jump in and create it. They promote from within. They have fully stocked snacks and tons of drinks, they have huge events and monthly luncheons for everyone.

Cons

The company is growing so there are alot of people in office.

Pros

Company car and corporate credit card. However this is also heavily tracked.

Cons

If you enjoy making $40k per year and having your every move tracked by management, Multiple “team calls” per week to ask what you’re doing and where you’re going…. this is your spot. Huge amounts of sales rep turnover. Worst company you could possibly sell for. Most credit apps are declined so you make no commission.
