Pathetic work culture - Manager TanServ Employee Review

It is completely a fraud company. Yet they didn't paid the expense amount of worked days (approximately 1year). At the time of lock down, they stopped giving salary to new employees and made them quit the job themselves, by that they made a safe place to old employees. They never paid expense for the work done. Anybody wants to join this company, please think twice, thrice or more than that before joining. I couldn't join on new job or couldn't find money for our daily bread on that lock down period. A company is enough for making a family on it's worse situation ever gone through. So new joiners be careful.

Worked with TanServ as an HR professional for almost 3.5 years I've realised that if you want a steady growth in your career then this is the place to be. The management and colleagues are supportive, the work environment is super safe for female staff, and most importantly the salary is always credited on time be it the normal working environment or the tough times during the pandemic.

No downstairs if you are dedicated towards your work.
