It a government institution so you are assured of timely payment, they don't wok on weekends , there is a likelihood of attachment or internship extension depending on your immediate boss .

They don't give someone an opportunity to grow, they retain their retired employees on contracts so promotions rarely happen, only certain individuals run everything, from outside meetings, to work trips , i dont know if they do it for the money or what really happens.
