      Clear vision, strong customer loyalty and opportunity to grow. Tangent is split into two business division - one located in Burlingame and the other in Jack London Square. Employees are loyal and want to see the company succeed. Management are open to new ideas and are quick to move.

      Cons

      Company is 30 years old and has some antiquated technologies. Synergy between business division is lacking.

      Nothing at all. Literally nothing.

      Cons

      Autocratic IT 'director' & leadership that makes you go into the office at 630am on the dot and not a minute later. Expensive health care.
