      Nothing at all. Literally nothing.

      Autocratic IT 'director' & leadership that makes you go into the office at 630am on the dot and not a minute later. Expensive health care.

      Pros

      The team is easy to get along with while we can have different opinions it is a group I enjoy to work with every day. We are encouraged to try new things with a fail, try again and succeed culture. I like my team and I feel empowered to excel at work, I would highly suggest anyone considering to apply to Tangent.

      Cons

      We are improving and changing how we get things done. This can take time to perfect so you have to be flexible and willing to help.
