Favoritism runs rampant here, if you’re a pretty white lady you’ll probably do great. Acts like a luxury salon but do little to live up to that. If you speak negatively at all, you’re the issue never them. They don’t care about you, you’re just a replaceable stylist. Poor management, they’ve stood up people on interviews, will ghost you for days. Management wants you to be “the top of pyramid” but don’t hold themselves to the same standard. The owner cares to much about reviews and getting 1000 of them they had employees leaving fake reviews for other locations. If there was one bad review on Glassdoor they would have employees rate them good to hide bad reviews. Reservation center would mess up schedule often and cause a lot of frustrations because there’s no communication with them. You have little say in your schedule. In addition to your commission they take out 10% first.
