TPG is fair and equal workplace. I have never worked in a setting where it is so welcoming, friendly and caring. Respect is given to everyone who walks through that door and we do have a special culture. Not only that but the way the management team always goes above and beyond to show each teammate that they're appreciated and valued is a great feeling. Open to suggestions and actually listen to them. Fantastic! Hours are great, no one ever has to work over time or on the weekends or odd hours of the day. You do what is expected and what is done further on your behalf is recognized. The culture which i mentioned is special. No drama, toxicity or rumors whatsoever. The Interviewing process is very extensive because senior management wants to make sure that you in fact have the same values, view and eye as the rest of the company.

I know they are working on training better as it is a new normal to be WFH, but that is it and it's not really a con just that training could be a little more hands-on.
