There is nothing good about the job or the management at all.
Cons
Everything, there is absolutely nothing redeeming about working there. I can’t even go in that building anymore. Prepare to not be allowed to eat or sit while you work open to close 11-1am, no food or breaks nothing. The atmosphere is toxic and feels like you are back in high school. The only times you can have “fun” is if you have favoritism from one of the managers. Also if you don’t have it then prepare to get terrible sections as a server and as host or even server you will get terrible shifts and you will get blamed for everything and anything that your “teammates “ did. Also unless you pay your coworkers ,you will never get a shift covered. Even if you have a college final that was requested 3 months in advance. You couldn’t pay me enough to go back in. My first shift was a Sunday brunch, the brunch that cause for there to be a cop posted next to the host stand on following Sundays.(i don’t know if they still have a cop show up on Sundays or if they stopped that) . There are way to many things following that to list with no redeeming qualities.
