Avoid - Operations Tapestry Employee Review

Culture is lacking, way too top-heavy (Director, VP, and above - feels like there are only a few regular employees and everyone is a Director or Senior Director), micro-managing, expected to work late several nights a week, on call during weekends, poor management from inexperienced managers. Too many meetings. Most employees are working from home now and it feels like we are constantly "on" and unable to get away from our desks.
