      Cons

      Tribal knowledge. Too much social/political in the workplace. Would prefer we stay out of that arena but probably necessary, given the space. Cash comp.

      Great Place to work, great benefits, good work life balance, great office environment

      Cons

      strict hybrid schedule (Tues - Thurs) but you do get PTO and a lot of options to create a good balance
