BE PREPARED FOR DISAPPOINTMENT! - Accounts Receivable Tapp Label Company Employee Review

This comment was made quite some time ago and during a time when the Company was under a different ownership and management regime. We regret the complainant experienced a difficult and possibly hurtful work experience at Tapp and we suggest that that certainly is not the employment environment that Tapp wishes to foster. Current ownership and senior management have endorsed a heightened focus on Human Resources with people in place to hear the concerns of employees and take appropriate and open action. It certainly isn’t possible to keep everyone happy in the work place but it is the goal of Tapp to provide a challenging and satisfying work environment where people enjoy coming to work.
