Pros
Had good experience with Top director,when worked in one of the project at the beginning of my career and then taken over by a project manager who is very simple and supportive.Good HR support from the day i joined ,they are good at conducting of events,fun hours..take good care of every resources make them comfortable in all the aspects,induction was very good they supported me in get into the culture, we can approach them for any concerns either Personal or professional.
Cons
I don't know why people are targeting HR team they have also slogged like us.Challenges are with managers who don't have work and don't give us work they have many idle hours to pass time.They don't come on time and expect us to be there round the clock never give flexibility and cancel our leave.Manager don't bother to talk to whole team only one individual is given whole project responsibility and they have to slog. Performance ratings are given by manager to HR without informing us across the year not discussing with us.HR take that rating for appraisal but they should also involve to see if rating is right.HR are good in all aspects but very poor in paying salary as per market.they failed in getting good budget for salary hikes.
