Pros

Good exposure to POTENTIAL Projects

Cons

It'll be long so buckle up: 1. You've joined Tardid? You're now a contracted slave (with an ensured bond) 2. You are expected to work overtime (without OT pay), even on Public Holidays 3. You will be sent on an all expenses-paid, 7-day guilt-trip whenever you take a leave. 4. You're expected to know everything there is in the universe right from the moment you've stepped out from your mother's womb. (And I mean EVERYTHING!) 5. You will have to lay cables, craft office furniture, paint walls and doors, clean up gardens in the name of TEAM-BUILDING ! 6. Regardless of your JD, you are expected to contact every single Vendor necessary (be it Welding-shop foreman or Service providers) as the management is miser enough to hire a proper Sales/Tech-Support Team. 7. You're expected to arrive at work on the dot, but you'll be labelled a traitor/insincere if you ask to leave for the day when you've served 2 hours OT already. 8. Payscale is worse than peanuts and the work you'll be piled up with is more than the Himalayas (needlessly most of the time) 9. The good projects that the management do bag are often lost to petty politics of management and scapegoating. 10. Your personal life is never your own. You are expected to lay your life naked for all management to see, laugh at and heckle. 11. Hypocrisy. Hypocrisy everywhere
