      part-time coworkers are friendly and helpful; TL are hardworking and knowledgeable

      Cons

      Some of the ETLs are very uninspiring when they blatantly chat for hours with other ETLs (especially when they chat during a sudden influx of customers and the front of store team would appreciate help).
