      Worked there for 10 years and mostly enjoyed it.

      Cons

      But hours got long and new leads were being hired at a higher salary. HRBP was never helpful.

      -Pay Range $90-$120K -Schedule= every other weekend off

      Cons

      -Don't have Career development program to teach & allow employees to promote within the company. -Company waste costing $= Signage, resetting constantly VMGs/Planograms & Leadership ownership of areas/work unbalanced
