      Pros

      The only pro was that I had very great coworkers.

      Cons

      They try and make you do lead tasks but they don’t pay you for it or offer you a lead position.

      -Pay Range $90-$120K -Schedule= every other weekend off

      Cons

      -Don't have Career development program to teach & allow employees to promote within the company. -Company waste costing $= Signage, resetting constantly VMGs/Planograms & Leadership ownership of areas/work unbalanced
