      Pros

      Making drinks is fun and the fellow baristas are very kind and fun.

      Cons

      Target is terrible with time off. Even if you ask for one vacation a year months in advance they will still deny it. They pressure you to stay late and guilt trip you for saying no.

      Cons

      If you do not have great availability, then this career will not suit you. You will rotating weekends off, but your schedule will based off business needs.
