      Pay- Pays very well compared to other retail stores

      Cons

      Hours- its retail, so be prepared to work a lot of hours Workload- Not enough payroll and numerous tasks to complete

      -Pay Range $90-$120K -Schedule= every other weekend off

      Cons

      -Don't have Career development program to teach & allow employees to promote within the company. -Company waste costing $= Signage, resetting constantly VMGs/Planograms & Leadership ownership of areas/work unbalanced
