      Managers created a friendly work environment most of the time Decent starting wage Chance to move up in the position

      Cons

      Scheduling - bad hours or not scheduling enough people Communication about changes Didn't always have enough or right supplies to do my job Confusing leadership structure Very small raises - several people's starting wage was very close to mine when I had already been working there for 4 years

      -Pay Range $90-$120K -Schedule= every other weekend off

      Cons

      -Don't have Career development program to teach & allow employees to promote within the company. -Company waste costing $= Signage, resetting constantly VMGs/Planograms & Leadership ownership of areas/work unbalanced
