Pros
Pros: -Get to work with good people for the most part, in my experience -Can be flexible with hours, especially if you're a student -Opportunity to cross train in other areas -10% discount
Cons
-Occasionally, the leads would let stress get to them and take it out on the team members. -Raises aren't great -Can get monotonous really fast -Sometimes leads would not understand why a something wasn't finished without taking into consideration the amount of guests in the store and other distractions -Had a new store team leader, who was pretty out of touch with the way things worked around the store
