Competitive hourly wage for team members starting on average of $9/hour. Typically most work is done in the morning (with exception of cashiers, attendants, management) giving you the early afternoon through evening free.
Cons
The overall theme of work is get it done quicker so you can get out the door.... Save on payroll!!!! It's retail so there is no guarantee of hours and NEVER-EVER 40 hours. Employee Team Leads want you to be available whenever they need you without considering individuals cannot live on one part-time hourly wage.
