      -Supervisors/Team Leads expect you know everything on your first day. -Changed start time hours because of budget cuts, which many people left after.

      Cons

      -Don't have Career development program to teach & allow employees to promote within the company. -Company waste costing $= Signage, resetting constantly VMGs/Planograms & Leadership ownership of areas/work unbalanced
