      Pros

      -Pay was outstanding. If you are coming out of college or looking to make more Target is a great choice -Set work schedules in distribution -Lots of areas of growth to get a stronger background

      Cons

      -long hours add two hours to the shift hours you work so i 10 hour shift you work 12, 12 hour shift you work 14 -PC culture motivated; care more about the feeling of looking right than being right -Guided by the political environment instead of having an internal culture

      -Pay Range $90-$120K -Schedule= every other weekend off

      Cons

      -Don't have Career development program to teach & allow employees to promote within the company. -Company waste costing $= Signage, resetting constantly VMGs/Planograms & Leadership ownership of areas/work unbalanced
