Lots of responsibilities right off the bat running your own categories. Good 4 months of training to help you switch from college to work life.
Cons
To get promoted it is not about your ability to work hard or well, it has more to do with how you communicate in interviews, how well you can suck up to others around you, and most importantly, how well your manager can suck up to people around him or her.
