Pros
Liked the people that I worked with, not bad pay for a first job.
Cons
Horrible management, you have to kiss butt in order to get a promotion. When getting promoted to a trainer you don't get a pay raise so you are working harder then your co-workers for the same pay. They expect you to not have a life outside of your job and drop everything for them.
