Pros
Target has a wonderful benefits package in some cases better than the benefits of state employees.The opportunity for advancement is there in some extent and the information that you need to do your job is always available to you.
Cons
Some of the ways that people are paid is kind of unfair I know people that have been with the company for quite some time and make less money than people in the same position that came three to five years after them with no experience and no college education.
