Pros
Store discount is great, having a moderately regular schedule as opposed to other retailers. You get the opportunity to work with a wide variety of people.
Cons
Work/life balance is non-existent. Constant texts, phone calls, emails and frequent battle of being ahead of new "roll-outs" and policies. It is impossible, within your 40 hour a week constraints, to digest the information you are given AND stay on top of your daily duties.
