      they are usually hiring, and in this economy, you have to work somewhere

      Cons

      employees are not allowed to contribute ideas or new ways of doing things, there is little room for advancement or higher wages, management is not flexible regarding vacations, student issues (like finals), etc.

      -Pay Range $90-$120K -Schedule= every other weekend off

      Cons

      -Don't have Career development program to teach & allow employees to promote within the company. -Company waste costing $= Signage, resetting constantly VMGs/Planograms & Leadership ownership of areas/work unbalanced
