Pros
- The overnight shift gives you the opportunity to complete any personal errands you might have to complete during the day. - You work with wonderful coworkers who motivate you - If you like to work in a warehouse setting and to be constantly moving then you might enjoy working here.
Cons
- The hands on training was a combination of self taught and inconsistent. - The pay (benefits and etc) isn't worth trying to meet the expectations and demands from the job that is required. - Safety risks - Management could be better
