Pros
The pay was the nicest money I had ever made at the time. The hours were flexible but consistent because I worked during a store remodel. Everyone was friendly and willing to help out if you asked.
Cons
The managers were sometimes type A about things and would micromanage. They will give you a lot of work and expect it to be done quickly.
