Pros
Pay and benefits package were great + maternity leave unbeatable for entry level warehouse work. Corporate policy genuinely felt for the most part like it was behind me and acknowledging that I was human, which is obviously rare.
Cons
Warehouse is the most depressing place to work ever. My mental health took an enormous toll that affected my productivity at work and my life at home. It's all gray, the fluorescent lighting is killer, and the twelve hour shifts don't help. Wear good insoles in your shoes or you will come away with foot and back problems.
