Pros
They teach how to be an outstanding leader by trusting to truly run, and own your business. Interview process is always ongoing as you continue to move up but when you are done, there is no interview you can't pass. I have met some of the best mentors and lifelong friends at Target. A great start to anyone starting their careers out of college. Oh and it pays well.
Cons
Very heavy on manual labor no matter what position you are and if you are looking to a 9-5 work balance, this is not the career for you.
