Pros
Even if you work in one department (like style), you often get to move around to help with other departments (checkout, fulfillment, etc.), so it's a good learning experience.
Cons
Poor coordination within and between teams, so it's often confusing what you are expected to be doing. Employees constantly changing, so new employees have to train even newer ones.
