      Work is easy as nobody cares about quality. Pace is slow. No "long-hours" working culture (most of the devs spend Friday afternoons at the pub)

      Huge network of high-level public sector and private sector clients. Very experienced staff led by one of the best executives in Chicago - an industry leader in economic development programs.
