Wonderful group of people who will take the time to teach you new things as long as you can keep up—everyone is enthusiastic and driven about their work, and the projects are absolutely fascinating, without a lot of repetitive, mindless work.
Cons
If you want to have a basic 9-5 job where you are doing the same thing every day, this is not the place for you. During campaign season, expect to work 24/7 without complaint. But the learnings and experience you take away is worth every sleepless night.
