Teachers - it's all about finding your 'teaching home' isn't it? Be it school, college or agency - and if you are looking around for a 'new home' - then stop looking and consider Targeted Provision! TP and I 'found' each other over 5 years ago and I have been 'at home' with them ever since! You see - I was looking for a 'family friendly' SEND agency that would not only provide me with students to teach - but would do so professionally, supportively and with a deep sense of, 'we're in this together.' The support never stops - I started teaching a new student only this week - and that same morning an encouraging 'wish you well' email arrived to send me on my way. Support for 'tricky' students is only a phone call or email away and a same day response is always appreciated. But the thing I love the most about TP is that it gives me the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of the students I teach. I've always been interested in neuro-diversity and mentoring - and working for TP has given me a unique perspective into the lives of some of our most vulnerable and 'hard to reach' children. This has enabled me to teach in a different ways and to open up learning to those who may have unable to access traditional methodologies and schools. I'm very happy with TP for lots of reasons!
