Pros

TaskUs lives up to its promise of a people-first culture. It’s one of the few companies where you feel genuinely seen, heard, and supported. From leadership to support teams, the environment empowers people to show up as their authentic selves and grow their careers. The people here are incredibly talented—creative, driven, and team-oriented. It’s far from the typical call center setup. There's a unique energy and openness that makes every day engaging. If you're looking for a place that challenges you while still valuing your well-being and individuality, TaskUs is the place to be.

Cons

Fast-paced and ever-evolving—can be overwhelming for some

Pros

Loved the LXL management chain. Supportive, fun, progress-minded. The company as a whole was okay, but the department I was with made it amazing. Lots of opportunities to develop skills. Absolutely incredible visibility for diversity, which is celebrated and respected without hesitation.

Cons

Very high demand. Can be very challenging to learn how to balance work and breathing room without falling behind. Many other departments were quick to blame the LXL department in front of highly regarded stakeholders for failures that were not of our own. Pay also changes depending on the client you work with. My client was the highest paying client at the time I was employed. The LXLs working for the branch-off of work from my client were paid much more than I due to the intensity of the work. My pay was considered the cap for where I was, and getting a raise that was not just a few pennies was not going to happen. Moving up is possible but limited. Due to this company being a BPO, if the client no longer needs our work, we are liable to be laid off. Employees are not contracted, but TaskUs is contracted to the client. Layoffs are a possibility, be it near or far. I was laid off after 4 years and saw many waves of many sizes laid off while there.
