Pros
Fun work environment with clients Meet cool people Get to work in a kitchen in a non-restaurant environment which is different and enjoyable
Cons
For the most part, the employees here are great. Many are genuinely helpful and contribute to a friendly, team-oriented environment. A few individuals really carry the positive energy that makes working here tolerable. Unfortunately, management is where things fall apart. The environment created by leadership is toxic, inconsistent, and cliquish. It’s hard to predict whether they’ll greet you with basic professionalism, like a simple “good morning,” or ignore you completely. They often behave more like high schoolers than leaders, with clear favoritism and social cliques that impact decision-making and morale. Communication is another major issue. Frustrations are expressed in a combative or passive-aggressive way, creating a “he said, she said” atmosphere. While management may act friendly on the surface, that friendliness can quickly be turned against you when it suits them. There’s a noticeable lack of management training or experience, and it shows. Leadership seems unprepared to handle the responsibilities of their roles. Turnover is high, and expectations are unrealistic (especially for a part-time, minimum-wage job). The schedule is rough, and they expect wide availability, making it difficult to hold a second job or maintain a healthy work-life balance. If you’re looking for a supportive work environment with fair treatment and professional leadership, this might not be the place for you. Food recipes are mediocre at best. Company tries to cut corners wherever they can. Not worth the money as a client imo.
