I was really excited to work for Tastea because it is one of my favorite boba places, but I did not have the best experience. For the hiring fair, they were 30 minutes late. During the first few days of training, I was told that I was behind. That left me confused since we just learned everything. I only worked three shifts during the soft opening. On my last shift, the first thing my manager said to me was "out of everyone you're the weakest link." Next thing you know it, I was terminated. I feel that I was not given a fair shot at the job. I know if I worked more or was given a "probation period;" I would have been a great employee. I wasn't even given the chance to work until the grand opening. I don't think it was fair that after three days of working the soft opening; they fired me.
