We're consistently working with our management team (including holding regular manager meetings) to ensure that all of our managers are best aligned with their team and can support their team at all times. As a part of these regular manager meetings, we help and offer the management team tools to better communicate with the various departments accross our organization.
We strive to stay competetive in this industry when it comes to compensation, and one way we are doing so is by conducting frequent market pay analyses. Through programs that we participate in, such as PledgeLA, we are assured that our employees are being compensated equitably.
