Toxic work culture, people expect you to be on the job anytime, weekends, weekdays no one cares. There is absolutely no flexibility, the company does not accommodate employees on any requests regarding change in location or work from home. There is lack of facilities at the office branches, they took 8 months after joining to provide a seating arrangement at work, they expected me to work standing during the time.
