It’s OK - Senior Manager Tata Communications Employee Review

Working here feels like working for any large, nameless, faceless corporation. I feel like just a number or warm body. They talk a lot about caring for employees, but it’s mostly superficial. Very cheap when it comes to spending any real money on employees. My direct teammates are great, but getting support from other teams is very difficult.
