All best practices are tabulated and available on Intranet. 4 - Strong community feeling.
Cons
1 - Difficult to stand out when the company is hiring 30K people every year. You feel you are replaceable. 2 - Promotions are usually based on your years of service than on quality of service. 3 - Tight financial goals force managers to bend backwards to please clients.
