Pros
Good Onsite if you are in right project. So, one needs to gather all information before joining any project. Work environment is good. You will get lot of oportunity for extra curricular activites.
Cons
If you are allocated to a big project one might get stuck there for ages. It becomes really difficult/ or impossible to move out of it. Most of the time policies are against employee benefit. Specially, related to transfers / project switches. Transportation and canteen facilites are not good at some locations. But finally, being such a big company it all depends on where you land here.
