      If you have good enough knowledge then your life is very good in TCS. No work pressure, supporting staff, learning opportunity for freshers. TCS offers many internal application to learn new technologies. You can have time here to work with well experienced people in a team without any challenge.

      Cons

      Rare on-site opportunity, bad process for salary increment per year. You have to fight for your achievements to be profited.

      1. difficult to move between projects 2. not good salary/promotions are rare 3. too many processes and approvals for anything 4. dont expect any help with GC
