The best part of working in TCS is that you have no pressures from any one after you are 2 years experienced. Very low risk of getting booted out.
Cons
no recognition for the work you do. lacks tht leadership quality, ill managed. no proper salary hikes, HR comes up with new rules. working guys work harder and the plp who sit idle sit idle and all get the same hike after all this.
